Meet The BDF Team
Bradley FordyceBradley started BDF 5 years ago and has grown the company to what you see today! He's a master electrican who's been fostering his love for all things electrical since he was a kid taking apart his parents appliances. When he's not at work, Brad is spending time with his son and wife, or smashing back some McDonalds.

Natalia FordyceNatalia works behind the scenes, ensuring that BDF runs as smooth as possible. She's has been married to Bradley since they were 19, so she's been with BDF since the very beginning! With a Master of Business Studies, Natalia also works full time as a civil servant.

Jo McGregorJo is the lovely voice you first hear when you call BDF. She keeps the team on track and working hard - we don't know what we'd do without her! A lover of all things chocolate, the quickest way to Jo's heart is with a sweet treat (although we think she's already sweet enough).

Wiremu KaihauWiremu is our electrical foreman and is a master of the road bike. With a background in the Army, he keeps our team on track and focused. When Wiremu's not putting in the hard yards in the office or on the tools, he's out cycling 100km+ just for fun.

Sarah SandersonSarah is BDF's first female apprentice! Switching careers from digital marketing to being on the tools, she's not afraid of a challenge. When she's not working hard, you can find Sarah at the boxing gym or hiking up a mountain somewhere in the countryside.

Oliver FunkeOliver was BDF's first ever apprentice! Learning directly from Bradley, he's become a master at all things electrical and is the heart of our team. In his spare time, you can find Oliver out with mates on the jetski or giving back to his church.

Sean ThackerSean loves long walks on the beach and figuring out how everything works, which is perfect for an electrician! Coming to us from a careworker role, Sean is BDF's gentle giant.

Lawrence XuIntroducing Lawrence - lover of all things outdoor and travelling. He's also our resident aircon expert. When he's not out exploring, he's climbing in roofs and getting in those hard to reach spaces.

Jacob YatesJacob came to BDF through gateway, and we're stoked to still have him on board! In his spare time, Jacob loves to work on his RX-8 and make some noise on the drum set.

James GardnerWhen James isn't on the tools at BDF, he's on the tools at home working on his car. An avid enthusiast of all things 4WD, James loves nothing more than driving around our beautiful country with his mates.

Shane MillerShane is BDF's PADI dive master! Although he's also a master on the tools, he loves nothing more than being in the ocean and gathering some kai moana.

Xander FordyceXander is BDF's youngest apprentice and definitely the cutest member of our team. We can't wait to watch him grow and follow in his Dad's footsteps!

Jawaad HussainJawaad came to us through gateway in 2023 and has earned himself a permanant position with his hard work and great attitude. When he's not running wires, Jawaad can be found pumping iron at City Fitness or going for long walks on the beach with Sean.

Max JolliffeMax loves nothing more than a good chat and some good tunes! When he's not hard at work, you can find Max at his local church or working on his 4WD.
